Accessing CAX30 Router as Admin..

I used to be able to access my router with my pc via 192.168.1.1 or routerlogin.net.  Those no longer work.  Has Netgear changed something or might it be a Windows10 issue?   Connecting with the Nighthawk mobile app is less than reliable.

    Try 192.168.100.1 as well? 

    Whos you ISP? 

    Have you tried a factory reset and setup from scratch? Press the reset button for 10 seconds.
