C3000 wifi not working, Ethernet does
I cannot connect using wifi from my "wifi cable modem router c3000" since it has not shown or appear on the available wifi list. I tried the unknown wifi but it also does not connect. I also tried restarting it but it remains not to been shown in the available list. Using wired connection (ethernet) I can connect to the internet but not the wifi. Could you please help me solve this issue?

Sometimes your ISP can disable the Wifi on the unit you may want to contact them and make sure they have the correct codes on your account. also double check on the front of the modem that someone didn't press the wifi on/off button.
