C3700-100NAS SYNC Timing Synchronization Failure
I left my aparment this morning for work having used the internet right before I left. I come home and I can't connect to the internet on any of my devices. I call my ISP (Comast) and they tell me everything is good on their end. I dig around in my router settings and discover that I am getting a Synchronization error. I restart the router several times in hopes that it will get fixed. I looked up NETGEAR's information on the model and discover I don't have the right firmware for the device. I am running v2.02.08 but according to their knowledge center Comcast is running v2.02.17; I do the natural thing and try to find a link to download it since I am using a neighbor's wifi to check all this out, but there isn't a link for firmware. Because of course there isn't. But since I can't connect to the network because of a SYNC Timing Error I can't get the newest firmware from my ISP and I have no way of getting it.

Oh, and I bought it like 2+ years ago so I don't get tech support.
