C6250 - No one except myself can connect to wifi and I'm not able to sign into the router settings
I have the AC 1600 Cable Modem Router. For some reason I am the only one who has been able to connect to the wifi through my phone and smart tv. However, anyone who has tried, has not been able to connect. They will select my router and enter the password, but it will fail to fully connect as it shows to continue to think.
I've been told to try to login to my router settings and create a guest network which may help. However, when I try to login to my genie it states: NETGEAR router is not found or supported. Also, make sure device is not connected to guest network of the router and no IPv6 is enabled.

Hello Sullivana2
Have you made sure that the wireless access list is not on which would keep other devices from working? You can find it in Advanced-Advanced setup- Wireless settings.
