C6250 no longer connect PS4 to internet with LAN cable

I've using my modem for months, connecting internet with LAN Ethernet cable to the PS4, but since a few days, suddenly stops connecting through LAN cable, so I had to change to WiFi.
Now I can't set up LAN cable internet connection for My PS4, it shows this message: "Connect a LAN cable to the PS4".
I already reset the modem and the PS4, change the LAN cable, call my internet provider (Xfinity) and call PlayStation support and they told me something about TCP and UDP configuration on my modem. Is there anything that you can do?

Thank you.

Is ANY other device having issues connecting to the router?

usually when its only 1 device having issues connecting, it isn't the router. It tends to be the device.

Are you using access control/parental controls on the router?
