C7000 AC1900 Router
Router stopped working, all the lights are on, no change when I in plug it for a few minutes. Also no change when I hold on the reset button. It's basically frozen. Any ideas on what's wrong with it?

When did this happen?
Any updates to the firmware either by you or the isp?
What do you mean all the lights lit?
- KBottleAspirantWe noticed it this afternoon. All of the indicator lights are solid green and the power indicator is a solid red. The indicator lights remain lit even after trying to do a factory reset. To my knowledge the firmware was never updated. There was also a power outage someone today, but the router was on a surge protected strip so I think that was a coincidence.

You would need a ups power supply to keep the modem running without the mains power. One more thing to try disconnect the power from the modem let sit for around four or five minutes and reapply power to the modem too see if it unlocks and comes back to life.
