C7000 Nighthawk cable/router
My nighthawk went down during hurricane Harvey. I got it partially back but cannot get it up for dual band just shiws Netfear51 as available netwirk. I also have tge range extender which will extend both bands but cannot get either to show 2.4/5.0 channeks? Is it toast or am I not doing sonething?

try to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds and see if those bands come back with the default names if not could be a hardware issue.
