C7000v2 Connections all good but app isn't for firmware update
All my connections are working. Just firmware needs up dated but the app says I'm not connected to wifi. I've tried browser settings and resetting everything it says to do. But no luck. This is my first upgrade router wise. So any help to fix this would be great full! Pictures posted b

Modem/router combo devices can't be updated by the end user.
The isp has to update them. (and they rarely do)
