CAX80 Router Unable to Save DNS Changes

I am unable to save DNS settings changes.  I am trying to redirect DNS to OpenDNS and when I click save the settings go away with no error messages.  I have an open ticket with Netgear, but has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it?  So far we have performed a factory reset and have reinstalled the firmware. I also have contacted Cox to see if they are blocking the changes and they said no. I am wondering if it has something to do with Armor security blocking the changes but I have no way to disable Armor in order to test.  This is the second CAX80 I have had as they have already sent me one replacement - same problem on both routers.  Feedback appreciated.
