CM2000 modem boot loop(?) after a year of working

DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem (CM2000)

Purchased the Nighthawk cm2000 last year, warranty just ran out... I can't get any help on the customer support section, the link to purchase additional support doesn't go anywhere, so I feel like I'm sitting with a brick.

The CM2000 had no issues this past year, but one day recently internet went down. It's hooked up to a ubiquiti UDM Pro, then directly into the cable line of the house.

When I went to look at it, it appeared to be going through a boot loop. The loop goes as follows:

1. Power light turns on white and stays on.

2. A few seconds later, the downstream, upstream, and online lights turn on white. These will blink on and off for about 10 seconds.

3. For the next 10 seconds, the power light also begins to blink, alternating with the up/down/online group of lights.

4. All lights flash on then off, with multi gig being blue.

5. All lights turn off, and the process starts over again.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post a link but I have a video that shows it: https://youtube.com/shorts/ds4IP5osFeU

I've looked up in the manual what these LEDs mean and the blinking up/down/online just seems like normal connection establishing but I thought these things happened in sequence (down first, then up, then online) not parallel, and there's nothing in the manual about a blinking white power button. And of course, nothing about it turning off and starting again.

My UDM Pro recognizes the difference between a working a connection with internet access, a connection without internet, and a dead link (as in it doesn't recognize the cable being connected), and when the modem is doing the light show it recognizes a no internet connection but when the modem reboots it sees it as a dead link.

Pretty frustrated this happened right after warranty runs out. I've spent about an hour trying with no success to open some sort of ticket with netgear but their support portal has a dead link for purchasing additional hardware/RMA support.

Power OFF the CM modem and disconnect all from the modem. Re-connect one ethernet connected PC to the modem.

Disconnect the ISP Coax cable from the modem.

Power ON the modem give 15 seconds then press the reset button in back for 10 seconds then release.
    Does this change the behavior?

If it stops the boot loop, connect up the ISP coax line to the back of the modem to see if the modem will completely come to ready. Check internet services with the one ethernet connected PC.

This doesn't appear to change the behavior at all. I've already tried resetting so I expected this, but the device doesn't seem to respond to the reset button at all and continues rebooting indefinitely.

I've tried various combinations of factory resetting, letting it sit unpowered for extended periods of time, plugging it into a machine without the coax, and of course with the coax.

The lines are fine since my other modem works fine in its place, but obviously I'd rather keep using my multi gig modem rather than a 300mbit one

also worth noting that as it continuously reboots I am unable to connect to the 192.168.100.1 web portal for the device for any logs and such.
