CM700 Moderm with xfinity downstream blinking green
Got this moderm from amazon. Internet works, not stable, on and off. Downstream keep blinking and green.

post your power values from Connection table.
DS lights blink after ONLINE LED is SOLID because you have partial Downstream service due to noise on ISP line.
