Cable Modem Router with Voice C7000v2 – Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router / C7000v2
My device is dropping off line frequently where I have to reboot the device. First indication is the telephone stops working. Internet gets slow and nearly completely unresponsive. Once it is rebooted works okay for a few days or sometimes just one day. Then same issues. I have Infinity as my provider and am wondering if this is an issue on their end. Device worked fine for. years but in last 6 months this is an ongoing problem. Purchased the device in approx 2019, didn't know if it was just showing its age and if I need to upgrade. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you HMT

This happening for both wired and wireless devices?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?
