ETHERNET PORT NOT WORKING
I have an AC1900 Cable Router and 1 of the 4 ethernet ports has stopped working. It actually switches ports because I've had to unplug/replug my DTV several times into a different port. Way out of warranty obviously. Is there a way to test ports on a cable router? From the attached it looks like Lan 3. If I can't get this problem fixed I will never buy NG again since this is the 2nd router I've had problems with.
Hope someone can help.

Re: ETHERNET PORT NOT WORKING
You can test ports on them. Usually they way you are with just having a device connected to it.
have you tried swapping the ethernet cable between 2x devices to see if its a port issue, a device issue, or a cable issue?

Re: ETHERNET PORT NOT WORKING
Thanks for the reply. After watching it after I posted it may be the DVR. That is the only thing that doesn't work then I switch the cable to another port and it reconnects. Going to drop DTV soon anyway so we'll see.
Thanks, Mike
