Flashing Amber lights
I installed a new R7000 today and all the jacks that I have a LAN connection are blinking amber. Having said that I can confirm connectivity. I have read up on this situation and read many different ideas and suggestions. One of which saying blinking amber is fine al long as you have connectivity. I have also read that it moght be configured for 10-100 instead of 1000. So what's the verdict? Normally amber means trouble however what's throwing me off is I have connectivity. What should I do? Thank you in advance for your time.

What's connected to "all the jacks"?

Where? Did you get as far as the R7000 User Manual? Visit
http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look for
Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for "Top and Front Panels"
and "Table 1. LED and button descriptions". Further reading might not
hurt, either.

If only there were some kind of documentation for this gizmo
which might explain such things. But, wait!!!

Look at the connected devices, and decide if you should be seeing
