Genie App is not working

I am unable to use the Genie App on any of my devices.  I have tried my iphone, Android tablet, and Kindle Fire. This is the same error that I used to get before it was fixed earlier this year with an App update.  This is disapointing that this has happened once again.  I use that app to control my router/gateway.  Has anyone else been having problems with it?  Please fix!

    Have you tried to reinstall the app? and what is the model of the modem you use with the app.

      I did try reinstalling the app. That did nothing. The modem is a gateway, model # C6300 firmware is v2.01.14. The app did work oer the weekend after I rebooted the gateway, but stopped working.
