Horrible Xbox/PS4 Speeds
Okay so I live in Dallas, TX and I use TWC for my ISP and get their 300 Mbps down 25 Mbps up service and on Speedtest.com it is saying that I get this. But on my Xbox (Hardwired to my NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 (24x8) Wi-Fi Cable Modem) i start out mid hundreds on my download and within 2 min i am down to about 1-5 Mbps.
I've tried making my IP static/ Port Forwarding. I've had a TWC technician come out and check for interference and he found none. I've tried google DNS.
Is it my modem? is TWC throttling my xbox download speed?
its frustrating because when i get the connection I pay for i dominate FPS game and when i'm getting the 1-5 i get destroyed.......

I would check your cable make sure that is not a issue you may also want to check the behavior by testing it on the wifi see if the same thing happens.
