Modem’s lights are all blinking

My internet stoped working suddenly and all lights on the modem started blinking. Tried everything, turning off and on, disconnecting cables and reconnecting and yet nothing works. The lights are still blinking.
Any suggestions??

    Usually if all the lights are blinking like that on modems, it indicates a hardware failure. 

    What I'd try is disconnect the coax from the modem, then push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds while its still powered on. If its still blinking, it tends to indicate failure. Is it still within warranty?
