Netgear AC1900 Cable Modem Voice Router C7100v Lights flashing intermittent no wireless or lan conn

The router stopped working. I cannot connect via wireless or lan. The router will not even factory reset.

    Contact NG support for help and information. Ask about an RMA if thats an option for you.

      Thanks for your suggestion. I contacted Netgear support last night and they will send me an rma.
