Netgear box, ethernet "i" symbol stays lit yellow.  NO internet

    Maybe the box is sick. What model the box could be? You lost Internet connection. Box is sick or something else is wrong. Is this some kind of puzzle?

    It's an n300.  I left for vacation a week ago and it was working.  I came back and the ethernet light is now yellow and have no internet connection.  My devices recognize the netgear, but the internet won't work on anything.

      Hello eguitar83

       

      I would check your cables make sure they are tight may want to swap the Ethernet cord. Also have you contacted your ISP to make sure your internet didn't get shut off or for them to test and see if they can ping the modem?
