I have a question on the c7100v.  Amazon has two models, c7100v and c7100v-1AZNAS.  One is $299.00 and the other is $264.00.  Is this the same device or is there a difference between the two?

One is an amazon skew with easy open packaging but the modems are the same.

I am considering puchasing this modem from Amazon for my Xfinity/Comcast service with voice. I see there have been a few issues with dropping wifi and voice clarity. Can anyone recommend or discourage purchasing this device?  Is there a better solution?
