Nighthawk AX2700/CAX30 keeps rebooting
Hardware: CAX30
Firmware: v2.2.2.2
I've owned a Nighthawk AX2700/CAX30 cable modem router for about a year. Used at home. There are 4 users in the home. We don't do online gaming, but do stream TV, use wi-fi to connect to our cell phones, and have Ring Cameras. Here is the problem: My internet connection cuts out and my router reboots multiple times per day. The issue first started happening every few days. Then every day. Now it happens probably 3-4 times per day. My router will stop working, internets connection cuts out, and then internet starts working again after 2-3 minutes when the router reboots.
Any idea what could be causing the problem? Does the router keep some internal record of what is causing it to reboot? I searched through the Nighthawk App and could not find anything explaining why the router keeps having this issue.

If the CAX doesn' sense a connection back to the ISP, it reboots. This is normal behavior for it. So it makes me suspicious of the ISP's connection. when its working, a copy of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream details) and the event logs help confirm this suspicion
- jonkeyes01AspirantThanks for the tip! How do obtain a copy of my cable connections page and events log? Is that something my internet provider (Xfinity) would have? Or can I obtain that through the Nighthawk app or my router/modem itself?
