After spending 2 hours on the phone with netgear they determined my unit was faulty. Sent me a new unit same problems. No readyshare access outside my home network, no dmz, and no port forwarding. What a joke this device is. Very disappointed. Will look to other vendors in the future to meet my networking needs.
