That looks to be the issue it should be on V2.01.14 which is a firmware that fixed port forwarding they released this a month ago I would try to contact TWC ask for there Level 3 support and see if they can send some signals to your modem and do some reboots to try and get the firmware to your modem.

I'm also having problems with my C7000 Nighthawk router. I can't get port forwarding to work on any port. I can only "see" my cam when I set it's IP on a DMZ. Spent hours and hours with Netgear support. Re-ordered the same device from Amazon. Messed with all of it's settings and still the same problem. I think I'm going to send it back and go back to Linksys.
I've done port forwarding before on Linksys and Ubee routers with no issue. Definitely there's some sort of glitch in the firmware. Horrible device testing from Netgear.
