Power yet no connection
Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router
Cable is connected; Power Cord connected
Solid white constant light on top side reset button, and Tel 1 LED, Tel 2 LED, and Battery LED. All other LED lights are not on.

What AC1900 do you have (hint ac1900 is the speed, not the model)?
If its a modem/router combo device, have you tried unplugging the coax, then doing a reset on it? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powerd on (with coax disconnected)?- nealct56AspirantThanks! It is a model C7100V
The top constant on button is the PUSH ‘N’ CONNECT—Easy push button WiFi connections (WPS)
I held that button for 10 secs with power plugged in and cable disconnected. No change. Try small recessed reset next?- plemansGuru - Experienced User
Yes the small recessed reset button is the one to push and hold.
The lights should change when held long enough. Then you'll need to go through the install procedure.
