I would like to know if i would benefit from ethernet Port aggregation. I have one ethernet line coming out of my modem into my router. I have 1 gb interenet coming into the modem. Does the modem split the signal out port 1 and port 2 or does it provide 1gb out both ports. Or does it have a totally different meaning?
Thanks

Not sure. I will have to check the manual. The router is a Net gear Nighthawk R6900P.
I will also check out the link on for link aggregation.
