Republic Wireless
I have a Model C3000 modem/router and my cell phone provider is Republic Wireless. My phone does not work properly on their system. They insist that something is wrong with the capabilities of my router or its settings. The settings are the factory settings. Any insights?

To clarify.. Is this an issue with Replublic's Cell network, or with WIFI on the C3000?
I have four devices on my Netgear router; laptop, Roku, Amazon tablet, and Republic Moto X phone. There is little trouble with three of them. Republic is a new service, since also found with Google, which incorporates VOIP into the phone automatically. The way that it works is that automatically connects by wi-fi if possible and turns to cell towers otherwise. All this is done without user input.
From the beginning I have had one way calls and noisy calls randomly on wi-fi and failure to switch as needed. Speed tests with Ookla taken simultaneously on my laptop and phone show a difference of a factor of a hundred at times. Wifi analyzer does not show an interference problem. Comcast has checked and frechecked my connection. Republic has run extensive tests and concluded that the problem is with my router. They cannot say what is wrong with my router but have pretty much terminated assistance to me.
