C6300v2 WiFi Networks Disconnecting on all Devices
My wireless connections keep disconnecting on all of my devices. 2 cell phones, smart TV, a doorbell, and 3 google home devices. I did a full factory reset and even de-powered the device for 10 minutes to lose charge. It worked ok for a day but tonight it did it again where everything disconnected. I watched the 2.4 and 5 gHz lights on the device as this happened and they never turned off, but none of the devices were connected to WiFi. LAN connection works without any sort of interuption on 2 different computers. I don't know what I'm missing and need some help on what I should be looking out for. The current firmware version of the device is V1.03.06 and I'm not able to update it at all due to it being Comcast, apparently only they can push firmware updates.

after it happens, do you have a copy of your event logs and your router logs?
