C7000 modem not working
I just called my internet provider and they said the modem is not connecting to their service. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Why? Is there a problem of some kind? Care to share?

The LED indicators on these gizmos exist for a reason, and the
non-psychics in your audience can't see yours.Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".- Diana58AspirantI checked out the troubleshooting and all it says is modem is offline. My internet provider said there’s nothing wrong on their end. Any ideas? Says check RF connection, but I’m not sure how to do that besides calling my provider which I already did.

Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
