CM1200 issues with Xfinity
I've recently upgraded to the Netgear CM1200 cable modem for a 1GB service with Xfinity. The CM1200 is connected to an EERO Pro router and mesh network. I have 6 wired EERO Pro connected to the EERO Pro router. It had worked very well over the last few months. Just recently, EERO updated their firmware to 3.19.2 and my EERO starts getting very unstable. The EERO Pro router restarts every so often.
Last night, I pulled the event log off the CM1200 and saw it recorded the following:
multiple DS profile assignment changes, Honoring MDD - IP provisioning mode - IPv6, TLV-11 - unrecognized OID, No Ranging response received- T3 Timed-out, Sync Timing Synchronization failture - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing, also Resetting the cable modem due to docsDecResetNow
I don't know what these event logs mean but now suspects that the CM1200 is having issues syncing with Xfinity and causing the EERO Pro router to loss signal from the modem.
This only started when I upgraded the EERO Pro firmware in mid-August.
Has anyone have the same issues? Any solutions?
Thanks.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Have them re-provisiton and send the config file. Also have them send the v2 FW to the Cm1200 modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.Please contact the Eero mfr for help and information for there products.
Good Luck,.
