CM500 Login problems

I have used the paper clip to factory reset my CM500 and when I go to 192.168.100.1 and try using the default ADMIN and PASSWORD to login it tells me that I am wrong.  Also when I go to this address I am presented with a UBEE modem screen and not NETGEAR.  Is this right?

    No that is not right do you have a Ubee router? also what are you trying to access in the CM500 should not be any settings you would need to change in the cm500 only has the logs.

      Also I am using Netgear Genie and when trying to login using "admin" and "password" doesn't work to do any changes to the settings.  I have reset the modem and these default login passwords are letting me in.
