HELP! C7000 Router no longer blocks any porn! Parental setting not working. I don’t know what to do.

I have a Netgear C7000 cable/WiFi modem with cable service from Spectrum. I setup the Parental Controls via the Netgear Genie app. I had it set at the Moderate level. It worked perfectly about 3 months ago after I would do a search with either the Chrome or Safari browsers on Apple iphone IOS and chrome book. Last week I happened to test the browsers again for something as simple as “porn” and now there is full access to images and videos and website whereas several months ago I couldn’t! I’m shocked!!! Nothing is being blocked. I've tried lowering settings, increasing settings and even adding a website to block individually and nothing is being filter. 

My settings are still at moderate. DNS filtering does work with limiting social networks if I change that individual setting. So why is porn not being limited at all???

When I log into routerlogin.net, the Internal Setup shows the radio button for Internet IP Address defaulting to: Get Dynamically from ISP. The radio button for DNS Address is set to: Use these DNS Servers: Primary 208.67.222.222, Secondary 208.67.220.220.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Genie app twice to no avail. Even allowing a day in between reinstalling. I have rebooted the router to no avail also.

Please whatever help you can give me. My children need to be protected when on our WiFi on iOS and chrome books.
