Been surfing through the forum posts, and seen some isues similar to mine, so I'm hoping someone can point me at a solution. My CM1200 downstream light blinks continuously, and I randomly drop my connection semi frequently, and I can't seem to figure out why after researching a number of place. I am going to attach my modem's power and SNR values, and the event log which does seem to contain some errors. I'm really hoping someone can help because I've had Comcast at my house three times this week, and although the power levels are much better now after they changed out most of the lines and equipment in my house, that downstream light still blinks and I'm still getting dropped connection, even though it is less than before. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Thanks for the tip on the images. I used the photo button in the post, but that doesn't seem to have worked. I am trying now to just copy and paste the images in but that isn't working either. Trying to add just one again below, if it doesn't become visible, can anyone advise with specific instruction as to how to insert an image into my post please? Thanks everyone. It's been a super frustrating week with my connection and I'm trying every avenue possible to fix it....
