can you please PM me? we will need some details which you would not be able to post publicly.
thank you. modems going offline is not acceptable (and especially every few hours).
few items noticed in your logs:
1. Power are generally ok. DS is bit hot but it is not a deal breaker.
2. Uncorrectables should be 0 but it is not a big problem since the count is low.
3. US powers levels look OK as well.
4. Event log is messed up:

4.1. Suddenlink does not have IPv6. Why on earth suddenlink after so many years cannot support IPv6? modem is constantly sending IPv6 RS but no RA is being recieved.
4.2 Lot of T3 timeouts. This is typically Plant RF issues or CMTS issues where modem is getting response from the CMTS in time and therefore gives up. this is the problem you are facing.
Did you face this problem with previous motorola modem as well? what was the model? 6141?
Have you escalated problem to Suddenlink L3 to fix this problem? (this problems probably need CMTS/Node level fixes which cannot be fixed by the technician visiting your house.
Does your neighbor have Suddenlink? If yes, what modem he/she uses? Does it work for them?
