Netgear CAX80 Experiencing random dropouts

Hi all - I have a Nighthawk Cable Modem with Built-in WiFi 6 Router (CAX80). It's been fine for about 5 months but just within the last week I've been experiencing random dropouts. The signal will give out and everything will stall out for maybe 3-5 minutes, and then pop back in like everything's fine.

 

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind it. Called my provider today (Xfinity) and they said the line seems fine so I thought I'd ask here.

 

Firmware is fully updated best I can tell.

 

Went into the router and grabbed an event log. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to give info. Would love some help as my job relies on my internet being stable.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Checked with the ISP this morning. They did a number of tests and said everything looked sorted on their end.

 

No splitters. Line looks good for as much as I can see it.

Your power levels are all over the place. You should be within 3.5dbmv of each other. Yours is going from -4.1 to 6.4dbmv. Over 10dbmv difference. and your upstream doesn't match your power levels. Usually if your upstream is so low, you're really close to the hub and so have high downstream values. PLus you have a ton of errors in the line.

 

Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this. If your still getting the same values after doing that, the isp needs to check the line.

Ok, thank you so much for the info. So as far as I know, there's no splitters. Where the coax comes into the house is right where the Modem/Router is hooked up. I didn't do anything in particular to modify any of it so this is all factory settings.

 

It looks like my next option is to call the ISP. Appreciate all the help!
