Nighthawk C7100V not working

I'm not sure if my year old C7100V has bit the dust or if there is a fix for this.  When I power the unit the power LED will go white, and then all the other LEDs will go white for several seconds.  Then the others go out and the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz will start flashing about 10 times.  Once completed the process repeats itself about 10 seconds later.  I connected my PC directly and I was only able to get to the Genie login screen once.  When I tried to input the password the router reset itself once again.  I've tried the reset button but nothing has changed.  Any idea?

    So the reset button for 10 seconds is failing to get the modem on line and connected to it's web page? If this isn't working, time to get a new. Might contact NG support to see if they can help if anything.
