Nighthawk cax80 only power light works

Question

My nighthawk CAX80 all the sudden stopped working except for the power light. I tried restarting it and only the power light works. I tried factory reset with it plugged and not plugged and still only power light is on. I held the reset longer than 1 minute. The system is only 1 year old.
