Circle disappeared and now it's Netgear Parental Controls

Have been experiencing the dreaded lose Wifi and have to restart RBR50v2 which then turns off Parental Controls and loses all Circle settings.  So, I updated to the new firmware 2.7.0.70 as it said it resolved the issue: "Fixes the issue where the client devices potentially could not access the Internet after enabling Circle."  It also said "Supports Smart Parental Control" but NOT that it took away Circle!  I am no longer able to access Circle!  I've tried downgrading to the prior firmware and as soon as I upgrade again it loses Circle.  Help!!!!

  • Very frustrated that out of the blue, the parent control (Circle) feature is gone off of my nighthawk app. I need support as soon as possible because some of the filters I had set up are still being filtered but I have no way to turn them off since the app has removed the parent control feature. This is a major issue with netgear. Contact me ASAP please

    Love it’s features and don’t mind paying the subscription.

        Hello, 

        I am having the same issue after a recent firmware update. I completed a factory reset this morning, and also manually downloaded the latest firmware for the Netgear website. I am now running version 2.7.1.60
