I setup enabled circle earlier after updating my Router. Installed the app, connected app to the router and configured a few devices. Devices with no filters attached which were set to unmanaged, all lost internet connectivity... Well... they could connect to internet but could not access the desired services.. Smart TV could not access netflix, amazon echo would acknowledge commands but do nothing. Amazon Fire TV says there is a network issue but on a connection, test says all is fine.... Same symptoms after disabling circle. Same result after downgrading firmware. Same result after factory reset and restoring config.
Have tried rebooting all infrastructure on network but nothing has changed. Laptop seems to be accessing all sites fine though.

If you still able to get to router interface, flash it back to v.1.0.3.54 for now. And then do hard reset the router. This should help you get stable router function (but no Circle application for this version, only DDNS parental control ). Netgear is debugging firmware and hopefully they will get new update stable firmware soon. When? I do not know for sure.

Re: Circle seems to have broken my network
Thanks that did the trick. I had tried to restore a slight younger firmware but the issue remained..
I am assuming that once activated Circle's ARP Spoofing stays in place even after disabling on the router. Which is really terrible.
