Disney Circle Trouble - Filters Not Working

HI all,

I have the Disney Circle. I bought it to restrict my son from youtube.  For some reason youtube is not being restricted. It says not allowed in the settings for his profile.  I have checked the mac address.  He has a cell phone and an ipad.  The cell phone restricts youtube but the ipads do not.  I have cleared the history and cookies and rebooted the ipad.  Circle WILL pause the internet but will not block youtube.  How can I correct this?

    Hi Barry7777,

     

    You can try deleting his profile and creating a new one and see if that works. Also, does the issue persist if you move that device to your profile and do the same?
