Orbi RBR50 & Circle keeps blocking devices

I bought Orbi for the advantages of Circle, over other apps that I have used to this point . Circle has a great interface but I have one big problem with it. It keeps blocking my kids devices at Router level - even when they are supposed to be unblocked. On both Basic and Premium features, once paused or after timed 'internet off' periods, the devices failed to restart. I have seem similar nighthawk threads . When I log into the Orbi, it shows the devices as ALLOWED. If I toggle to ALLOWED again anyway and press OK, they start working!? I guess this is similar to those who rebooted to fix the same problem. Obviously something buggy going on still between Circle and Orbi, so I'm back to using my other app (Kidslox).
