Reset Circle Passcode

I've recently installed the Circle app for a RBK53 Orbi network. Unfortunately one of the kids has subsequently removed the app from my phone (don't ask...). I reinstalled the app & tried the join the existing Circle. I've no idea what the circle passcode is so I tried the "I'm the only Circle admin" link. I clicked the "Send Passcode" option but didn't receive a text. I'm guessing that I mistyped the phone number when I originally set this up. Any ideas to to resolve this (ideally without resetting the router back to factory default)?

Many thanks

Mark

I have exactly the same issue as person who posted this previously. I had to reset my Orbi router, but Circle app got deleted, so I can't obtain the passcode and everytime I try to have a text sent to me, 1 of 2 things happens:  1) the a text message comes through that says there was an "error sending the text", OR 2) I get an error message that says "Something went wrong, Please wait a few minutes and try again", but no text comes through. Clearly need a reset. Would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to assist with the reset?  Thanks.

        Hi BMcLaugh,

If you can provide me the following info I mentioned above in a private message I can validate and retrieve the passcode from our system. If you're referring to a reset of your Orbi router you may hold down on the reset button located on the back for 15+ seconds using a pin.
