GC108P Issue

I am using a GC108P to provide power for my work phone. All of a sudden, the device is stopping the IP address from passing from the router to the phone. I have run tests and know the problem is with the switch, but I don't know how to resolve this. Any ideas?

    How did you know that the GC108P is stopping the IP address from passing from the router to the phone?  What tests did you perform? 

     

    How is everything connected?  Kindly post a detailed diagram of your network setup.

     

    What is the current firmware version of the GC108P?

      My IT department worked with me - I have a data cable from the wi-fi router to the switch and then one out of the switch to my phone. If I plug the cord into my computer instead of my phone, I get nothing. If I come straight out of the router to my computer, I connect just fine.

        It might be possible that the port where the IP phone is connected is set as a tagged port.  Kindly check the settings of the GC108P. 

         

        Are you still able to login to the web-GUI of the GC108P?  If yes, what is the current firmware version of it?
