GS108Tv3, disable SSDP broadcast on UDP port 1900

Found it. An option was introduced in the very latest firmware 7.0.4.8.
"Introduced an option to enable/disable switch discovery (SSDP/UPnP) protocol"

The option is in System -> Management -> Switch Discovery -> UPnP / SSDP
