NetGear Genie Firmware Update and IPV6

While attempting to update the firmware on myGenie A3, I get an error message that the router is no longer supported or not found. Is the A3 no longer supported?

Ok I am upgrading to a Netgear 750. Thanks for your input.

  Sorry it is the Netgear43. Can they make the font any smaller? :-)

    1. Netgear43 is the default SSID/WiFi name configured on the router. Please look for the exact model number (i.e. R7000).
