Between 7:45AM and 8:30AM, PT, one of VPN server went out of service, affecting about 9.5% connections.

VPN severs had maintenance restart during last 24 hours, as result, some VPN group may need to restart routers and/or logout/login VPN group again for VPN group fully functional. You only need to do this if you are experiencing issues..

Most client to site and site to site VPN connections have been recovered, if issues persists, you may try following troubleshoot steps:
1. Restart routers, logout/login Insight VPN clients
2. Recreate VPN group and re-invite VPN users if possible if restart router does not solve the problem

VPN connections should have been restored automatically, if not, restart routers, logout/login client should restore connections.
There is known issue: VPN client may see duplicated VPN groups, please select the one with online routers, we will try to clean up duplicates.
