VPN service is having minor performance issue, small percentage of VPN connections might experience intermittent disconnection.
In case of VPN tunnel disconnection, please wait up to 30 minutes before trying to restart routers, try not to make VPN group changes during VPN disconnection.
We are planning to do Insight server maintenance service during this weekend, preliminary plan is as following:
- Maintenance window is planned between 9:30PM and 11:30PM, Saturday, 10/3/2020, US Pacific time
- Apply security patches to VPN servers
- Address VPN connection issues reported by several users

10:00AM, Monday, Oct 5, 2020, PDT. Current situation is getting worse than last week that we had to perform delayed maintenance now. We will set status page as partial outage at 11AM and perform security patches and restart VPN services clean.

The scheduled server maintenance was delayed that VPN service is at 80% level currently, down from 90% level during weekend.
We are trying to perform urgent server maintenance at 11:00AM, Monday, 10/5, US Pacific time. Service window is estimated to be about 1 hour.
UPDATE: 1:15PM PST
We applied security patches to Insight VPN servers and restarted VPN services between 12:01PM and 12:45PM, Monday, 10/05 US Pacific time.
Insight VPN connections should recover automatically during next 30 minutes or so, if not, please restart BR500 if it does not connect back.
