FWG114p unable to acces router
Hello
I have reset router to default and tried all ip address's given on the internet but still cannot access the router configuration I am using a Mac Pro laptop running Mojave to connect via USB cable can anyone Help I am trying to use the router as a print server

Which router are you using? FWG114p isn't a router model. It s a firewall.
You can't connect to the network with a web browser and the graphical user interface with USB. It has to be a wired or wireless network.
Wired is best, but wifi can also work. You just have to connect to the wifi network and then aim the browser at those IP addresses.
The USB in a router is there for storage or for a printer.

Hello many thanks for your reply it now makes sense I am trying to connect a printer to the network but cannot hard wire it due to lay out of the walls I have a few old routers available so I should be able to figure it out.
