Implement parental controls on C7800

Steps taken:
1. log into routerlogin.net (IP: 192.168.1.1) and go to parental controls.
2. Download the Circle app on Samsung S8+ and iPhone 11 and ensure the phone is connected to the WiFi network (Samsung IP: 192.168.1.15 and iPhone IP: 192.168.1.20).
3. Open app and click "Circle on Netgear" button at the bottom.
4. Click the "Next" button.
5. Phone sends an HTTP GET request to routerlogin.net/currentsetting.htm and receives the following data as an HTTP/1.1 200 response from the router:

Firmware=V3.01.40
RegionTag=C7800_NA
Region=us
Model=C7800
InternetConnectionStatus=Up
ParentalControlSupported=1
SOAPVersion=2.01
LoginMethod=1.0
ReadyShareSupportedLevel=13
</body></html>

*note* feel free to navigate to routerlogin.net/currentsetting.htm yourself.  I'd like to see some pcap samples or, as I've provided, a summary of response data from other routers.

6. The app quickly displays "Checking for circle" while performing step 5, but then finally displays an error stating, "Darn, couldn't find Circle on your router."
7. At this point, you can tap the "Check again" button, but that takes you back to step 5 every time. This process is exactly the same on both the Samsung S8+ and the iPhone 11.

After talking with customer support rep "John Mark D", he recommended I post here.  He also informed me that The C7800 is simply NOT COMPATIBLE with the Circle app.  My summarized response went something like this:

Why is the functionality of parental controls even implemented if it's not even supported?  How am I supposed to implement parental controls without parental controls functionality?  I know there are MAC address filtering and schedules for services and such, but those schedules for blocking services block those services on every device, which I do not want.  Even if I choose MAC filtering, those white/black lists apply all the time, not on a schedule, so I would have to turn on/off MAC filtering every day!  The developers of the Circle app probably just need to add the model number to a variable so it can be recognized.

These next questions are directed to the community:

Does anyone know if Circle functionality will be added for the C7800 in the future?

Does anyone know who to contact to light a fire under the developers of the Circle app so support for this router can be added?

Please feel free to discuss and thank you for reading if you made it to the end!
