Disabling IGMP Snooping or allowing unregistered Multicast on M4300
Hi,
im having an issue with an NTS-PICO3 PTP provider.
the tech support of the device suggested to:
- Reconfigure your switch:
- Disable "IGMP Snooping"
- Allow "unregistered Multicast" on Pico3 interface (I don't know what setting this is on your Netgear swtich, probably related to "IGMP Snooping Querier"). Basically, disable filtering of multicast on Pico3 interface
i did not find a straight forward way to preform this.
any help would be greatly appriciated

Re: Disabling IGMP Snooping or allowing unregistered Multicast on M4300
Hi slaviku,
Welcome to our community! 🙂
To disable IGMP Snooping, Go to Switching > Multicast > IGMP Snooping > Configuration and manually disable the IGMP Snooping. You can also manually disable or enable IGMP snooping per port where the Pico3 interface is connected by going to Switching > Multicast > IGMP Snooping > Interface Configuration.

John
