These PoE switchies are in remote site, I will try your suggestion later.
* Confirm model / Firmware version
* Factory reset using the Reset Button process
* NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool (NSDT)
I will report it if I know a cause
Remote site does read like a typically slightly lower MTU to me - this is a known issue 8-/
